The Santa Barbara Amateur Radio Club operates a web cam at Diablo Peak, located 2,474 ft above sea level on Santa Cruz Island, off the coast of Santa Barbara. The camera is an Axis P5522-E pan-tilt-zoom camera with a resolution of 704×480 pixels. The camera was offline for several months but access has been recently restored.
The images are captured at the peak and transmitted to the mainland over two 26 mile and 32 mile links using 802.11g WiFi technology. Images are captured and transmitted every 10 minutes during daytime. Enjoy!
